Pit & Fissure -No Cavity

Description
The fissures on these two molars do not appear to be too complex but the patient complained of a strong response to sweet things.
The Diagnodent did not show a definite response so it was decided to seal the fissures with no preparation at all.
The symptoms were immediately eliminated.
